One of my favorite food blogs is Comfy Belly. Everything I have ever made from this site has been delicious. I love Comfy Belly’s grain-free breakfast cookies which are made from almond flour. The cookies freeze beautifully and can be tailored to your tastes. The original recipe called for 1/2 cup of either honey or maple syrup. The revised recipe lowers the sweetener to 1/4 cup. The first time I made these, I actually forgot to add sweetener and they were still delicious!
